Me and my girlfriend had a nice stay in this property. It was clean, in a calm neighbourhood. Also, the property was near a bus station that had direct acces to BARI CENTRALE, and 2 supermarkets from where you can get your groceries. The design of the apartment is modern, the room was comfortable and i really liked that the bathroom glass had a moving cover.
Even though the reviews on booking showed that the internet is a 10, neither for me and my girlfriend worked. I tried to put the password or scan the QR code to connect to the wifi but none of it worked.
The room was so hot during the night and the AC was working poorly( keep in mind that i went in september ).
The bathroom was equipted with everything you needed but the closet was not screwed in perfectly, when you sit on it, it moves, and probably because of the heat, the bathroom door was bigger than usual and it wouldn’t close.
I looked on booking about the facilities and i saw a mini fridge, but i didn’t expect it to be that small, it fitted only 2 water bottles.
Also, the door handle was not screwed in properly and sometimes when i tried to close the door i pull out the handle.

Nice clean apartment in a quiet neighbourhood
Communication with the person managing the property was pretty bad. Sent an early check in request when I booked the room, got no reply on booking. Sent another one one day prior to our arrival, got no reply again and sent them a message on the WhatsApp number they sent me, still no reply, just an automated message giving info about the city and instructions on how to get inside the property. We thought about contacting them regarding the shower gel that was almost empty by the time we arrived but then decided not to, since communication was so limited. Also they never offered to clean/give us fresh towels or anything of the sort in the one week we stayed there. Featuring the world’s smallest fridge!

The room was clean and maintained to a very good standard. The bathroom was also clean and in good condition. The overall design and standard of the room were genuinely very nice.
Communication with the owner was extremely poor. Although check-in was supposed to be available from 3 PM, I did not receive any instructions until after 6 PM and only after many unsuccessful attempts to contact the owner. The phone number provided in the Booking.com messages was incorrect and unreachable, which made the whole situation very stressful.
There were also several issues in the room. The door handle was falling off, and the TV screen was damaged, making it impossible to watch anything. In addition, there was very loud construction noise every day starting from 7 AM because renovation work was taking place in the apartment above and next door. Guests were not informed about these renovations in advance.
