Perfect for adventure seekers, this home is conveniently located within a 2 hours drive to MANY must visit locations, including Steamboat Springs, Breckenridge, Vail, Winter Park and Grand Lake and the entrance to Rocky Mountain National Park! Comfortably sleeping 12 across 11 beds, it's ideal for large groups or families. Enjoy modern comforts like high-speed internet, a fully equipped kitchen, and essential amenities, ensuring a hassle-free stay. Make memories in this tranquil haven, your gateway to the great outdoors.

We also offer catered visits on many different levels! Ask about your options!

**PLEASE READ** During the winter months, this rental is only accessible by snow machine or ski in/out. There is no vehicle access. This is usually from Dec - April, sometimes longer. Please inquire prior to booking.
