Inside, you’ll find a spacious and beautifully appointed kitchen and living area with sweeping views of the beach. Large windows flood the space with natural light and provide an unbeatable backdrop for your morning coffee or evening cocktails. Whether you're preparing a seafood feast or lounging after a long day in the sun, you'll feel right at home.
Step outside and you're just a few steps from the sand — ideal for beachcombing, fishing, or simply soaking up the sun. And when you're ready for a change of scenery, take in the peaceful views of the Intracoastal Waterway and the wildlife refuge right across the street. Birdwatchers and nature lovers will enjoy spotting coastal birds and wildlife in their natural habitat.
After a day of coastal adventures, rinse off and unwind in one of the two full bathrooms and retreat to your cozy bedroom for a restful night’s sleep.

We enjoyed our stay here. We had a beautiful view of the gulf. It wss very peaceful and secluded. The home was clean.

This beach house was as presented. The views were beautiful and the house had many great amenities. The house was mostly clean minus the bed sheets which I think was due to wool balls in their dryer. We would rent this home again. We experienced a couple of incidents due to nature and weather and when we reached out to the rental company they responded timely and took care of the situation. Note: not against this home, but we learned there are rattle snakes in Sargent. We encountered one walking from the beach and the rental company, constable, and snake handler that came to remove it were all quick and kind in their responses. Keep your eyes open and watch your step when near natural areas.

We rented to have a place for relatives when they came for Christmas. The house was beautiful and accomodated our fluxuating guest list. It was a prefect fit for our needs!

It was a great weekend and awesome place to stay. Only downfalls were no lights downstairs for cooking and hanging out after dark.
