Though it feels like a private world of its own, this home is ideally situated:
Just 1 mile from Red Rock State Park and Oak Creek
Quick drive to trailheads, restaurants, and shops in West Sedona and Village of Oak Creek
Located in a secluded cliffside neighborhood with peace, privacy, and limited cell reception (WiFi is strong for calls and streaming)
The guests will have access to the entire unit except for the locked storage closet.
We are not located onsite but are available remotely or in-person as needed.
This home is located off of Lower Red Rock Loop about 10 minutes to the heart of West Sedona and 15 minutes to Uptown Sedona. This is a rural and quiet residential area with quick access to outdoor attractions.
A car is highly recommended for traveling in Sedona. Uber/Lyft services are available but limited in the area.
This home is in a quiet residential neighborhood. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 9pm to 7am.
Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises.

The perfect blend of location, privacy, beauty and comfort. The views overlooking the mountains are stunning and even though the house seems like it's far from all the action the drive goes really fast. It's also close to Whole Foods and other conveniences. I enjoyed the proximity to Red Rock State Park - the walk there was a breeze. We enjoyed the wildlife with lots of pretty birds visiting us on the patio. The home itself is very beautifully built and maintained with very high-end fixtures like copper sinks and rich wood beams, soft linens, new TVs, comfy beds, newly updated appliances, kitchenware, towels and all the other small amenities needed for a plush stay. It is well stocked with detergent, oil, salt, pepper, bathroom toiletries, paper towels and other necessities. I appreciated that the home felt comfortable and lived in, yet very clean, expertly stocked, and meticulously kept. I also liked that the rules were relaxed. Sometimes rentals can feel very constrictive with a laundry list of do’s, don’ts and close down instructions. This home didn't have any of that- only a few small normal requests. The owners and management company have created a space and setting that feels like you are holidaying in your own fancy house. Exactly what VRBOs should feel like. The booking to the check out was seamless. Clara anticipated everything we needed. She was so responsive and professional! Their rental portal with instructional videos was such a nice touch. 5 stars!

The house is immaculate, it was well equipped with everything we needed for our extended weekend. The views are absolutely stunning. Communication with the host was excellent. I would stay here again a thousand times over, I would rate it 10 stars if I could. Highly recommend.

House was beautiful. Clean wand stocked with the essentials to make this a perfect home away from home. The backyard and views are the best. We will for sure return.
