Very new and well equipped. The furnishings and decor are modern and stylish and the bed was very comfortable. Nice bathroom and shower, with all necessary toiletries provided and the whole apartment was exceptionally clean. Nice welcoming provision of fruit, wine, water and biscuits was very much appreciated. Also a washing machine with detergent provided.
Outside, the seating and dining area was spacious and we had a lovely view of the sea and sunrise. We also had a view of the airport runway towards the sea and it was interesting to see the arrivals and departures, and the disturbance was minimal and didn’t bother us at all.
The shared pool area was spacious and clean and the pool was quite big. Pool towels were provided which was very useful.
The owners, Konstantinos and Marylena were absolutely the best hosts, so welcoming and very helpful with our travel arrangements, car hire and places to visit. Great communication from beginning to end.
The location is a little bit remote and a car/ quad would definitely be helpful to get around quickly and easily. Having said that, on our last night when we didn’t have a car, we walked up to the main road (10-15 mins) and caught the bus into Fira for the evening and that worked very well and was cheap. You can travel to other parts of the island on buses from Fira and there were also taxis there.
Can’t think of anything we didn’t like.

Absolutament tot. Hem estat com a casa, el tracte impecable i els consells per moure’ns dins l’illa ens han servit de molt.

This place is a real gem! It’s even better then the pictures are showing. Kostas and Marilena are the most lovely and helpful hosts and people and they will do anything to help you! A big 10 from us!

TUTTO! Un piccolo angolo di Paradiso fuori dal caos ma nello stesso tempo collegato a tutto! L’appartamento è luminoso, riservato e completo di tutti i comfort, sembra di essere a casa. Consiglio vivamente di ammirare almeno una volta l’alba direttamente dal terrazzino😍 Un grazie speciale alla gentilezza di Konsta, Marilena e la piccola Marcella❤️ una famiglia dolcissima che ci ha offerto un’ospitalità generosa e calorosa. Ci hanno consigliato giorno per giorno ristoranti, spiagge e servizi utili per rendere una vacanza già bella, assolutamente perfetta! 🫂
