They should also consider keeping drinking water under glass in every room

The staff was excellent, we got there soaking wet (touring on bicycles and it was a rainy day) and they offered to tumble dry our clothes, we got warm showers and plenty of great food.
Just remove the cling film off the dining room furniture ;)
