You can’t beat the value for money here. The place is very new and has new and comfortable facilities. The look at the ocean and the quietness is amazing. You only hear the waves of the water. It was also very empty while I stayed there - during a week there were only a few other guests that came to stay for a night or max 2. It‘s a great place to relax and wind down.
Also, the owner, Cao Mai, was super friendly and nice. She did some groceries for me and even got my shoes to get me cleaned in the city, or ordered food for me.
While the location is very peaceful, it is very far from everything, even food. Many times I had to ask the owner to order me something to eat - which worked very well most of the time. But I wish I knew that it‘s really not a good idea to come there without a car or a scooter. You can walk in the village for 10 minutes but also there food options are quite limited. Or you take a 30 mins taxi to Hue.
Also, unless you like to walk through some quite Vietnam villages or very dirty beaches, there is not much to do there than sit maybe in the sun.

L'emplacement est de fait magnifique a priori, mais tout est tellement sale, à commencer par la plage à 100 mètres (et pas 10) qu'on oublie un peu la beauté
La dame qui était présente était gentille et est allée nous chercher un petit-déjeuner le matin
La saleté ambiante (photos de canettes et mégots à l'intérieur du jardin, près de la piscine, etc.). Je n'ai pas pris les murs de la chambre en photo avec leurs traces de gros moustiques (?) écrasés
La chambre meublée au minimum : pas de table de nuit, pas de lampe. Tout à l'avenant dans un homestay très isolé, pas mal de tombeaux partout et des travaux.
Tout cela ne serait pas (enfin pas vraiment) dramatique si le prix compensait, mais ce n'est pas le cas. Mis à part le Quynh Vien Resort (en gros au même prix mais avec une immense chambre de princesse et propre), c'est le homestay qui m'a coûté le plus cher.
Trop cher pour ce qu'il est.
