The receptionists spoke good English and were very easy to communicate with. All the staff were polite, friendly, and welcoming. Any requests we made were attended to promptly and efficiently.
The hotel was very clean, and the room was spacious, featuring two queen-sized beds. All the room amenities, including the air conditioning, lighting, water heater, and television, worked perfectly and were in excellent condition. The bathroom was brightly lit and included a touch-sensitive mirror light, which was a nice touch. It also came equipped with a bidet.
On the day of checkout, the receptionist kindly offered complimentary luggage storage. While many hotels provide this service, it is usually only available upon request, so their proactive offer was appreciated.
There are two routes leading from the hotel to the main road, both just a short walk away. The hotel is also within walking distance of the BTS National Stadium station, which is conveniently connected to MBK Center.
Overall, this is one of the best accommodations I have stayed at in Bangkok. The area is peaceful, yet still conveniently located near major attractions and transport links. I would definitely book this place again.

For 20 years I've been coming here to stay. It's a home in Bangkok for me. Sparkling clean, quiet, predictable, comfortable. I love it.
