About this house rental
This Cocoa house boasts 4 inviting bedrooms, including 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, and 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds in each. With amenities like AC, a washer/dryer, WiFi, multiple tvs, outdoor seating, bbq, fire pit, and salt water pool, guests will feel right at home. House was great. Clean and spacious. Kitchen stocked was stocked, bathrooms had soap, shampoo, etc. You really just need to bring yourself. Backyard was amazing. Pool was great, all kinds of pool toys for the kids, a grill and a fire pit. Host Emy definitely thought of it all when it comes to entertaining. Emy was very responsive and gave clear instructions. Now with all that being said, i did read other reviews before booking that said the neighborhood was an older neighborhood, and that the house was the nicest house in the neighborhood. I would agree with both. The neighborhood is definitely questionable but so is the surrounding area in general. Lots of closed or vacant stores/buildings. However, we were here for a baseball tournament and didn’t spend much time in the area. We would often be on Merritt Island or the Space Coast Sports Complex - about a 18-20 minute drive away. We would stay here again, just wish the house was in a little nicer area.

Plenty of room to spread out across this house! Host thought of the little things, lots kitchen things available too. We didn't wanted for anything here. Pool & deck was relaxing, games for kids available too.
