We had a truly wonderful stay here. Manoj Bhaiya is an extremely kind, friendly and humble human being. Being our first trip to Ujjain we were worried how we would manage. After reaching, We dint have to worry one tiny bit. Manoj bhaiya went out of the way and totally planned our trip including our travel. Very thankful for waiting for us late at night, waking us at 3.45AM in the morning and for always being there to ensure our trip was safe and comfortable at all times. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Ujjain. Definitely felt at home. Thanks a lot for the kind hospitality.

Our stay at Surya Vilas Palace was truly memorable, and the biggest credit goes to Manoj Ji for his exceptional hospitality. From personally picking us up from Indore Airport to arranging the beautiful Sandhya Aarti and guiding us through the local sightseeing, he took care of everything. He treated us like his own younger brother, making us feel welcomed and cared for throughout our stay.
The room on the 3rd floor was spacious, spotlessly clean, and offered a beautiful view of Ujjain from the rooftop. The peaceful atmosphere and homely environment made us feel completely at home, even though we were away from home.
A heartfelt thank you to Manoj Ji and his family for their kindness, warmth, and support. I strongly recommend Surya Vilas Palace to anyone visiting Ujjain. I am already looking forward to my next visit to seek the blessings of Mahakal and stay here again.

The room was big.
I found two to three strands of hair in the bedsheet. The bathroom taps were passing electricity in small amounts. The property has no emergency exit. It only has a small lift that is switched off at night, no stairs, which means at times of fire you have no option but to jump off the balcony. We had to extend our stay for one more day but we didn't do it from the app. I had checked the price for one extra day in the app and it was around 12k but unfortunately didn't book it from the app. The owner took advantage of the situation and charged 14k. I later asked him for a bill but he did not provide one.
