Location Location on the water. Beautiful view, privacy to pier, clean grounds, clean rooms. Private balcony and fenced/gated deck is pet friendly. Stocked kitchen ware and travel size dishsoap/bathroom soap included. Washer/dryer and dishwasher functional and handy. Spacious for four adults with pets. Close proximity to pool and grills.
Handicapped INACCESSIBLE all entrances require ability to negotiate stairs. Two bedrooms are upstairs, room with balcony was incredibly hot/stuffy despite ceiling fan. TV also didn't work in this room( contacted staff, "yes it works"no help) and King size bed was uncomfortable. Deck chairs and table were in bad condition(had stack of broken chairs/ environmental hazard) needs to replaced. We had four functional safe deck chairs, having a stack of broken chairs isn't safe for elderly visitors. The downstairs deck needs to be refinished. Minimal facility pool chairs, take your own.
