O atendimento é excelente, recebi muitas boas recomendações dos funcionários então o acolhimento é o ponto mais positivo de toda a estadia. O banheiro e os quartos são limpos todos os dias, muito organizado a estadia!
Apenas um ponto de melhoria, seria travesseiros mais cheios de espuma e camas mais confortáveis.

Me gustó que estaba todo limpio y la habitación olía bien y contaba con AC. Además tenía una buena ubicación a pocas cuadras de la playa.
La cama matrimonial eran dos bases pero arriba también era dos colchones y durante la noche al moverse se separaba, fue muy desagradable. Tal vez con algún tipo de gancho se solucionaría.

The staff was really friendly. Location is great! It is only 4 blocks from Copacabana beach. It was rather quiet in my room on third floor.
I stayed in private room number 6, and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. The room was extremely small, the walls were dirty, sheets were stained and there were no shelves or furniture to store my belongings. Additionally, the Wi-Fi did not work on my first day until I reported the issue to the staff, after which it was fixed.
The bathrooms were also quite uncomfortable. The shower areas in both bathrooms I used were incredibly tiny, making it impossible to wash your whole body without touching the walls. There was also little room to hang personal items, and both the toilet paper and hand towels ran out on both days of my stay.
The stairs leading to the third floor are super dangerous. The staff even mentioned that accidents have happened on them during Carnaval.
AC was loud in my room. It was winter in Rio so I ended up not using it.
