Hotel is new n clean. Staff is not great, but ok. Not Upto the 5* property feel.
Rooms are tiny. Especially the wash area is so tiny that you with either hit your head are hands while brushing or doing face wash. Far from city n only vegetarian food. It’s just a brand name with but not the real feel. Rooms are not 36M, they are at least 40% smaller than the claimed on your website.

The location was in a peaceful residential area so no outside disturbance. The breakfast was good. I liked the variety provided as well as the taste. In case of issue that incurred, the hotel staffs were polite, they apologized and also made sure they improved the service and our experience.
I did not like the noise in the hotel during mid-night which was due to wedding ceremony related party organized in the hotel. Since my room was near lift area, it was disturbing whenever people would come to that floor. The noise was not of celebration but people moving one floor to another or to & fro from room to event hall. Those people were very loud.

Property is good
There are often electric power cut off, then the aircondition systems will not activate even power came back ? We have to walk from the bed to near the door and use the aircondition remote control bcoz the sensor of the ac is near the door.
I feel it’s like someone’s tricky to reduce the electric bills?
Technically while we sleep if the electric cutoff then there will be no ac at all until you wakeup with suffocated & heat in the room.
Not understanding why the ac remote sensor systems are in a distance from the bed?
Always the power breakdown happens then always has to walk from bed to on the ac manually 🙁
