Lovely boat with everything you could need and exceptional service from our staff member Linda. She went above and beyond for our children, as well as us.
The days tours were very well run and our guide Tran was very knowledgeable and also was really good with the kids on the hike and beach.

The entire experience was fantastic. The service was incredible. Linda took excellent care of us at the restaurant at the bar/restaurant every time. In the evening, Linda, Miley and team set up the table to celebrate our anniversary. We had vegetarians in our group and Linda made sure they were well fed too.
Not many nice vegetarian options in the buffet but they made us special dishes, which we appreciated a lot

Amazing experience we were upgraded to the 888 suite and it was spectacular the scenery, staff and whole cruise was amazing. Sunny and Kim served us and could not do enough to make our anniversary celebrations memorable.

The boat is brand new and beautiful.
For a 5 star brand new boat the food was not good at all. The staff was very sweet but you could tell that several were not well trained. On our way back to the dock we were crammed on a smaller boat that boat died and we had to be towed back in. We were crammed like sardines in a hot sweltering boat for at least 20 minutes before a boat arrived to tow us in. I was concerned people would start passing out. You do not expect this for a 5 star experience and boat that is just a few months old. All we got was an "I'm sorry"
