The property was beautiful. The rooms were so spacious and the balconies lovely. There were lots of places to sit and enjoy the view. The slide was also so fun.
The staff were brilliant, we were very well looked after. Gin did a fantastic job of organising us and making sure we had the best stay. Wendy and Arther were so welcoming and attentive during meal times.
Thank you for a lovely stay.

Everything on the cruise was awesome. Food and service were exceptional
The transfer can be better. The vs. has 4 seats comfortable the rest are not comfortable so people who end I them have an uncomfortable journey.

Our surroundings were incredible, our Sky Deck cabin was really nice and comfortable, the food was excellent, and the crew always helpful and proactive. Our cruise directors, Tom and Gon, did a super job. Joey was great at leading the excursions, Felix, Alfred and the other dining room staff did wonderfully, and Hannah offered wonderful spa services. We could not have enjoyed purselves more. Thank you!
The optional transfer from Hanoi involved stops at a shopping market in both directions, which made the rode about 45 minutes longer than necessary.

Incredible service, great itinerary, high quality food. The staff were very attentive without being overbearing and incredibly helpful. The standard of accommodation and comfort was high.
Nothing really.
