Emplacement top et literie confortable , décoration agréable
Frigo pas très propre, une seule capsule de café cabossée pour deux nuits de présence, des instructions bizarres et deux demandes pas vraiment satisfaites à savoir ne pas attendre en arrivant car j'avais une visio professionnelle ( et j'ai attendu bien qu'ayant donné l'heure d'arrivée du train et les instructions en amont ) et je suis toujours dans l'attente de la facture elle aussi demandée en amont et relancée.

The location was excellent. The decor was also attractive.
The apartment did not contain some advertised or basic equipment: It was advertised as having :
- an oven; there was no oven;
- airconditioning; this consisted of two fans and one portable evaporative airconditioning unit. inadequate.
- toiletries; no toiletries (body gel, shampoo or conditioner) apart from a tiny amount of liquid hand soap. We had to buy more handsoap.
-dishwashing liquid was inefffective for washing up. We had to buy some.
We also had to buy bin bags; washing machine soaps (we were given only two washing machine squares of soap for our three week stay). We also had to buy kitchen tongs, a collander for pasta and rice, a large cutting board (there was only one very small one) and a bath mat.
Unlike other places we stayed there was no welcome pack of food or wine.

La ubicación era muy buena y tenía un buen tamaño. Pierre nos atendió muy bien.
Faltaban perchas, sillas, un espejo de cuerpo entero, toalleros, tostador, más tazas y vasos…los dos primeros días el ascensor estaba estropeado. Es cierto q hizo bastante calor y no había aire condicionado, pero nos facilitaron ventiladores.

Localisation conforme en plein centre de Bordeaux. L'appartement est au cinquième étage, avec un mini ascenseur. L'appartement est assez spacieux, avec une grande chambre, un grand salon, WC séparés de la salle de bains.
La cage d'escalier est défraichi. L'appartement est au dernier étage. Un poteau en plein milieu gène l'accès à la cuisine. La lumière des WC et la VMC ne fonctionnent pas. Aucune intervention. Je n'ai eu qu'un seul jeu de clé, alors que je précisais depuis plusieurs jours que j'aimerai venir à 2. Pas de volet, seulement des rideaux non occultants, l'appartement étant plein est, la lumière réveille dès le matin tôt. Pas de pile dans la télécommande, impossible de changer de chaine sur la TV.
