Very disappointed in facilities which was rated very good

Location

Condo was dirty and furniture old and uncomfortable. The guest tub/shower did not work and could not be fixed by maintenance. Drapes did not cover windows and decor looked like bought at flea market. Nothing matched and only one broken down sofa for 6 people. Condo was rated very good and should have been less than good. Housekeeping only did surface cleaning and bathroom faucet was running when we entered condo. There were nails protruding from front door facing causing injury if touched. The screen on sliding door busted and patio furniture very old and dirty. Returned to condo finding 3-4 contractors parked in guest parking.

Great stay for a great price

I loved that the place was well taken care of and clean. It was also very quiet. No partying or loudness outside.

Hard to enjoy the balcony outside with smokers in other units. The smell is very unpleasant. This doesn't reflect badly on the owner of the unit but still worth mentioning.
