Escape to this freshly renovated 2-bedroom canal cottage near Lake Conroe. Enjoy new mini-split heating and cooling, new windows, fresh interior paint and an expanded spa-style bathroom with a multi-function shower panel. The double lot offers canal views, two covered patios, a firepit, fenced yard and gated boat parking. Guests also enjoy access to the community boat ramp, fishing pier, seasonal pool and recreation areas. Updated photos coming soon.
