Come relax on Lake Conroe in our nicely furnished home with neighborhood boat ramp access only 1 street over! Fish Cleaning station on the property makes it easy and convenient to clean your catch from the day. Wifi, 65" Smart TV, washers, cards & board games included. Grill with charcoal provided. 3 Bedrooms & 2 Full Bathrooms. 2 King Size beds. 2 Bunk Beds with 4 twin mattresses. Washer and Dryer in home. Outdoor Deck. Fire Pit! This home has plenty of space and activities to accommodate and entertain all of your family and friends coming to visit for the holiday season. Whether you are coming to work or play, this manufactured home is decked out with comfort and convenience in mind. We are conveniently located halfway between The Woodlands and Huntsville, giving you many activities within a 25 minute drive. Bring your boat, ATV or trailer and park it in our 20' X 40' driveway. Lake Conroe offers fishing tournaments to catch your trophy bass. You can also visit one of the many ATV / offroad parks in nearby Huntsville or Conroe. As you approach the property you'll find a nice driveway to back your boat on. A decked walkway wraps the front of the home and brings you to the front door, outdoor patio area and backyard. Once you enter the home you'll see a cozy living room with a leather couch, 2 leather chairs and a 65" Smart TV that you can access any of your favorite shows you're used to (Netflix, Hulu, Sports, Disney+ and more). A portable desk allows you to work from any spot in the home. Board and card games like Poker, Uno, Battleship, Mancala and more are available and accessible on the book shelves. Fishing, boating, and lake living themes adorn the walls and space throughout. Off of the living room is the high-end luxury kitchen decked out with quartz countertops, large single basin undermount sink, faucet with pull down sprayer, open shelving, appliances, dishes, utensils, pots & pans, spices, Brita water filter and a coffee bar. Each of the bedrooms has clean linens and pillows. Off of the kitchen is the master bedroom which has a spacious and comfortable King size bed, closet, a sitting area, and a private bathroom with tiled shower / bath combo, updated fixtures, and his & hers sinks. On the opposite end of the home there are the additional 2 bedrooms and full bathroom. The larger room has a clean and elegant king size bed decorated with plenty of pillows. This room also has a closet and a separate access door to the 2nd bathroom which open up to the hallway. The third bedroom is furnished with 2 bunk beds (4 mattresses), has a closet and under-bed space for storing your luggage. Outside, off the front door, is the patio seating area with some outdoor furniture and built in seating. The stairs will lead you to a walkway that goes in 2 directions. Take it left and you will find flower beds and a hammock to relax and fall asleep on. To the right, you will see the building where the fish cleaning station, bbq grill, and outdoor games (Washers, Giant Jenga, Yardzee, and more) are located. Behind the house is as an area to warm up on the cool nights with a fire pit! Forgetting your essentials is no concern here, as a backup supply of toiletries, including shampoo, conditioner, and body wash, is at your service. The practicalities of laundry are effortlessly handled with the included washer and dryer, furnished with detergent and dryer sheets. Just bring (or catch) your food and we have you covered for the rest of your stay! There is enough parking for two vehicles. The neighborhood has boat ramp access just one street over. This home is equipped with high speed 400Mb/s WIFI, an Arlo doorbell camera, electronic entry lock and one outdoor security camera at the backdoor. Unless, of course, you take the boat ramp to get out on the lake! This small and quiet manufactured home neighborhood has a boat ramp with access to Lake Conroe that is located only 2 minutes from the house. Lake Conroe offers the convenience of many activities and places to visit, including: fishing, restaurants, water sports, the Sam Houston National Forest, swimming areas, and more. Access to shopping and grocery stores in Willis and Conroe are a 10-15 minute drive away. The property is located halfway between The Woodlands and Huntsville which are only 25 minutes in either direction, giving you a wide variety of places to visit like General Sam's offroad park or The Woodlands Mall. We have a ZERO tolerance policy on noise during quiet hours (8 PM - 8 AM). Please respect our neighbors. Outside of a small issue with entering the home the stay was amazing. Sean and Brittany were amazing host and they were very responsive. The home was exactly what we needed for our monthly stay. We will stay again.

We stayed at this property for 45 days while our house build was being completed. The owners are extremely nice, and easy to contact if needed. We needed to do extensions and they were very accommodating each time and willing to work with us while we waited. The neighbors are all quiet and keep themselves, property is nice and very relaxing - Property has everything you need! We would recommend this place and would stay again if needed. Thank you!
