About this house rental

Situated in Lake Conroe, this attractive house for $135 per night is a great choice for your next break. Built for gathering family and friends, we've enjoyed our aptly named "Lake House" for generations. After some new additions and renovations, we'd like to share it with you! Nestled on a wooded lot in front of a small fishing pond, our Lake House is a cozy space that sleeps 6 comfortably and an additional two on the sectional couch in the living room. The large screened in porch is a great place to gather or sit to watch the birds play in the trees. The outdoor conversation pavilion has a wood burning stove for night time visits by firelight. The neighborhood has a playground and boat launch directly onto Lake Conroe, and the house is just minutes from Lake Conroe lakeside dining and shopping. Large rock driveway has space for several cars, boat- and even has RV hookups and space that can be rented for an extra charge. We'd love to host your trip to Lake Conroe!

The Cozy Lake house did not disappoint. The house was clean and well decorated. The kitchen was one of the best stocked for cooking needs that I have ever experienced in a rental. The screened in porch is definitely a bonus and our fur baby loved having the ability to watch the wildlife. The little details like a bottle of wine, plenty of coffee and hot chocolate, shampoos and body wash, pet bowls and a pet bed, and an abundance of fire wood and fire starters sets this property apart. There was an issue with the house during our stay that was completely unanticipated. The Host Jennifer responded immediately and took care of the issue as fast as possible. She did everything she could to make things right and only wanted to make sure we were happy with our stay. We could not have asked for more. Thanks for an enjoyable get away.

Booked this cabin for me, my daughter and father so we could attend a family wedding. My dad passed away before this trip. This wonderful home was decorated for Christmas and had other small little personal touches that made it the perfect home for us to stay and remember him. Thank you Jennifer for the lovely stay. We want to stay again!

This is a super cute place that is quiet and out of the way, but was also close to the marina and tons of shops and restaurants, best of both worlds! Jennifer was a wonderful host and the little touches she added to our stay we're very appreciated. Watching deer play in the yard while drinking our coffee on the porch were a nice bonus!! We would DEFINITELY come back here!

Such a charming place to stay. Beautifully decorated and landscaped. Feels very homey. Host is a fabulous communicator and made the stay a little extra special. Highly recommend staying here.

Came to area for Texas ren fair, this area was close to that and other amenities, the house set back in the wooded area which felt great but was close to lots of great restaurants and the lake.

I booked the Cozy Lake House for a employee training retreat with my dog training team. The host, Jennifer, was wonderful. She had great communication and was very responsive and accommodating. When we entered it was very clean, smelled great, and there was a welcome basket with candy, dog snacks, and a nice note frame m the host. Beds and pillows were super comfortable and cozy. And there was plenty of coffee for the morning 🙏 The screened in porch with the rocking chairs was our favorite. We had a terrific time!
