Beautiful deer sightings. Walk to Lake Conroe, lakeview dining. In area: B52 Brewing Co, Lake Conroe Boat Rides, Jet Ski Lake Conroe, Lake Conroe Fishing Adventures, Whitley Vineyard, Bernhardt Winery, Lake Conroe Park, Margaritaville, 7 Acre Wood/Petting Zoo. Home: 3 bdrm, 2 bath, office, plates, utensils, pots, coffee maker, 65” TV, board games, @ dead end-very little traffic. Patio, gazebo, firepit, string lights. Queen-primary, 2 full beds-bdrms. Washer/Dryer. Towels, soap, shampoo. Enjoy!

Very beautiful, well kept house so close to the marina. Nice shops nearby. House has everything you could need. Plenty of games to use with the kids and family. Beautiful master suite and bathroom. Enjoyed the beautiful backyard - a little oasis. All the dishes and cooking utensils you could need. Quiet neighborhood. Amazing!
