The Budd-Pafford House, is nestled in the city of Monticello, Fl. Located 30 minutes east of Tallahassee, Fl. Home of the Florida State Seminoles and the Florida A&M Rattlers. The Budd-Pafford House was originally built in 1833, and is Monticello's oldest home.
The Exploration Suite has King size four post canopy bed and a Queen size sofa sleeper to accommodate a family of four comfortably. This suite features a Private Bath a spacious closet and a HD Tv, Direct Tv, and internet services.
The property is situated on one acre of lush gardens, exotic plants and trees. You can spend hours identifying the different colors and types of Camellias that Bloom from October thru March. The well manicured grounds cover an entire city block and creates a special sanctuary for birds, squirrels and butterflies.
Monticello is known for its famous walking ghost tours to the Confederate cemetery established in 1827, which is located across the street from the Budd-Paddford house. Enjoy a 3 block walk to downtown Monticello and discover the Antique Shops, Restaurants and our famous Court House.
Located 40 minutes from Doak Campbell Stadium, the Budd-Pafford House offers rest and relaxation that's deserving of a king and queen. It would be helpful to receive the check in instructions further in advance as I was on the road and had difficulty accessing my email and my Expedia app. (Dislike that the Vrbo app is separate from Expedia!)
The listing could be more clear that this is a house and there is access to a full kitchen, dining area and pool table game room., all of which is a bonus!

Beautiful, clean home. Well stocked kitchen and bedroom/bathroom. My bed was wonderful. The house is within walking distance to many restaurants, shops, markets, etc. Wonderful location.

Never saw the host, and there was no breakfast at the B&B. Only a self serve coffee bar. Floors were very dirty. Everything else was good.
