Great internet, shower was lovely too. Furniture etc very basic but functional. We did ask for some chairs for the balcony which was an improvement. 10-15 min to Nimman, 30 min walk to the city walls. No issues with getting Grab taxis ext. Having a fridge, decent air conditioning and washing machine is helpful.
We were there nearly 3 weeks and paid a cleaning fee but no cleaner’s came or were offered during the stay.
Somethings the owners can’t change are small dogs yapping next door from the very early hours, otherwise a quiet location for inner city. Pool area is nice but only 4 loungers available.

Love the location. 15 minute walk to Maya shopping centre for banking and groceries, 7 Eleven only meters away and lots of small traditional cafes and restaurants to eat at. The bed was comfortable. The kitchen had the neccessary basics. The wi fi was excellent. The outside pool was nice after a hot day. The apartment felt like home with everything you need for a month long stay.
It's a bit far to walk to the old city. About 30-40 minutes. We ended up taking a grab each time. The bed is a spring mattress and was comfortable, but you could feel some of the springs. We used the duvet for extra padding.
