The house is beautifully decorated and comfortable. It was convenient for the things we needed to do while in Cincinnati. We were thankful for 2-1/2 bathrooms as we got ready to attend a wedding.
It would have been nice to have a mirror in the 2 smaller bedrooms as we were getting ready for a wedding and not wanting to occupy the bathroom for too long. There is no railing on the steps to the front entrance, so it was a bit difficult for our elderly mother. The driveway has a steep incline, tricky getting in and out of the car for our mother, but we were thankful for the parking space off the street.

A lovely spacious home.
Trash all over the side yard, landscaping over growing the steps to the front door, broken blinds, leaky kitchen faucet. All of these things are quick fixes, why are you ignoring the easy maintenance on this nice home?

It was in a nice area and easy to find. We come to Cincinnati Children’s Hospital about every 6 to 8 weeks for one of my sons. This house was about 12 minutes from the hospital. There is also a deer that comes to the back window and looks in the house just about every morning and evening.
We liked everything.
