This hotel is as great as it looks. It is located right next to the gate to the old city (the less busy gate) and you can be on the Stradun within minutes.
The room was comfortable and cozy, and provided a great view of the city and the sea as advertised.
It is a 5-10 minute taxi ride from the ferry port and the bus station.
The cleaning staff was friendly and excellent, and even accommodated for an early check in for me.
I will certainly stay here again if I return to Dubrovnik.

Location is great. The host accomidated our early check in request for which we were very greatful.
A working coffee machine.

The bed was comfortable, and the location was excellent — very convenient for getting around. It’s an iconic building.
The bathroom was extremely cramped and uncomfortable, with the toilet positioned directly under the sink and the shower leaving much of the room wet despite the curtain. The terrace floor, made up of planking, felt somewhat unstable underfoot, which made me uncomfortable using the space.
