The apartment is very well located, right in the city centre, close to all the main attractions, with plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby. It also has a private parking space in a secure inner courtyard next to the apartment, which was very convenient and felt very safe.
The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay (the only thing missing is a microwave). It also has three air-conditioning units, which worked very well and kept the apartment comfortable despite the excessive heat outside.
The apartment is on the third floor of the building and there is no elevator, but this was not an issue for us.
We had a very good experience communicating with the property, both by message and by phone. They responded promptly to all our requests and were very helpful throughout our stay.
Overall, we had an excellent stay and would definitely recommend this apartment.

Posizione ottima e parcheggio interno privato che permette di essere tranquilli in caso in cui si viaggi in macchina. L’appartamento era accogliente, spazioso e fresco (aria condizionata ben distribuita) nonostante fosse collocato all’ultimo piano
Prima di accedere è stata un po’ macchinosa la comunicazione con la struttura perché è richiesto un check-in online e le risposte sono automatizzate, ma l’accoglienza in struttura è poi gestita da un welcome agent incaricato appositamente in un orario fisso da concordare in anticipo. Poteva esserci più chiarezza e disponibilità nel fornire informazioni circa la circolazione in città con l’auto e le relative procedure di attivazione della ztl. Nonostante le premesse un po’ faticose, comunque, una volta arrivati siamo poi stati accolti senza problemi.
L’appartamento, inoltre, era un po’ impolverato.

This is a beautiful apartment that is right in the heart of Bologna. There is loads to do and it really is a fantastic city with incredible energy. The apartment is on a street that has a great vibe and loads of great places near by to eat and drink

Nelle docce era presente il sapone per le mani e non un bagno doccia e non c'erano cuscini extra
