We stayed for almost two months so theres allot to cover. There’s good parking beyond the shared garage. Location is good, close to great restaurants. The road in front is a little busy. We loved the security system/locks on the doors. The lock did loose its battery life a couple times but it’s nice not to fumble for keys. The second bedroom is pretty small and has a little couch, we didn’t sleep there but used it for storage. The carpet in the living room was dirty and spotted with grease or something. The couch was very nice and the tv with prime and other channels was very nice. The kitchen is okay, there’s no dishwasher or garbage disposal or dish rack so we had to purchase items and unpack things to clean any dish. Definitely use disposable dishes and utensils to make it easier. One of the chairs in the dining room broke when I sat down on it and the host was very responsive. Those chairs have been replaced but the replacements had stains on them so we didn’t use them. The A/c units worked but they are old, I’m not used to wall units. The bathroom is okay, it’s nice having a window to help with mildew. The shower wasn’t installed well and the water pressure was bad. The neighbors would play loud music allot but only a couple times it went late, once we asked them to turn it down one night and then got dirty looks from a lady from then on. Overall the place was okay, wouldn’t pay to live there beyond what we did.

It was a rocky start with some issues as soon as we checked in, but Tiya always responded quickly and made sure to address each issue without making me feel like a bother. Very friendly and easy going. Close to restaurants and shops
