Excellent Stay for World Cup TravelI started planning my World Cup travel more than a year in advance. Like many fans, I watched hotel prices climb to levels that simply didn’t make sense. I had actually booked two other properties in the Arlington area well ahead of time, only to have those reservations canceled after the owners realized they had underpriced their rentals for the tournament period.Fortunately, I found D’s property, and it turned out to be exactly what I needed.The home was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located for getting to and from AT&T Stadium. It wasn’t a luxury resort, nor was it trying to be. It simply delivered on everything that matters: a safe, comfortable place to stay, a good night’s sleep, and easy access to the event we traveled to attend.What really stood out was D’s responsiveness. I had several questions before and during my stay, and every inquiry was answered quickly and professionally. Great communication can make or break a rental experience, and D was outstanding.One unexpected highlight was the taqueria located inside the gas station directly across the street. Don’t overlook it—the food was fantastic and became one of our favorite discoveries during the trip.My brother-in-law and I had a wonderful stay and thoroughly enjoyed the property. Hot tub was great, place was clean, host was communicable, beds were comfortable, water pressure in shower was great. Only downside was location, it got loud at times but not too bad. Would recommend!

Overall the stay was fine. The areas were clean, but the bathrooms need some work done. Lots of peeling around the bathtub/shower and wallpaper. Couch was not comfortable. Several cracks in the walls. The biggest issue was the door going to the deck area. It is just a screen door with a standard lock. No dead bolt. The house sits on a very busy street and backs up to a busy alley way. If I had little kids, I would not have stayed here. There needs to be a door with a bolt here. A big plus was the security system that announced when any door was opened. Beds were comfortable.
