The location is right across from Terminal 21 and the Asok metro station. It is perfectly situated. The TV in the room is huge and new, but limited channels of course.
The room smelt like a tomb upon entry as they turn off all power in between guests so there is no air circulation. The fridge is also unplugged to you need to give it cool down time after plugging it in. The host surprised me with a $6000 baht deposit demand and then they bill you whatever that want for electricity use while you're there, and deduct it from the deposit. I paid $50 Canadian for very little hydro use. The amount of the deposit was excessive and charging extra as a surprise for electricity was a bit sour to me. There were a few small bugs crawling around. I don't think the unit gets sprayed like it should. I wouldn't leave your suitcases on the floor. The towels were polyester which didn't absorb anything, and I only got one so had to request another. They also ask you to not flush your used toilet paper which is not.going to fly in any way, especially when there for a week - I had to ignore that request out of personal sanity. Finally, the door doesn't lock by itself upon exiting the room - you need to card swipe to lock the door. I noticed that after a couple of days...
