* Las habitaciones son muy amplias y estaban impecablemente limpias durante nuestra estancia.
* El alojamiento es básico pero funcional, y las zonas comunes cuentan con una cocina que resulta práctica.
* El barrio es tranquilo, algo que valoramos positivamente al viajar en familia.
* El diseño es sencillo y agradable, y el personal fue amable y correcto.
* Es importante aclarar que no se trata realmente de un hotel convencional. Es un pequeño edificio de carácter más bien industrial, cuya actividad principal parece ser un gimnasio, y que dispone de unas pocas habitaciones destinadas al alojamiento. Esto hace que la experiencia sea bastante diferente a la de un hotel.
* La entrada es bastante peculiar, ya que se accede a través del gimnasio.
* Las escaleras son muy estrechas y especialmente empinadas y no hay ascensor, por lo que subir y bajar con maletas resulta bastante incómodo. Para familias con niños pequeños o personas con movilidad reducida es un aspecto que recomendaría valorar antes de reservar.
* El baño está fuera de la habitación. Consideramos que este punto debería indicarse de forma especialmente clara en la información del alojamiento, ya que puede ser un aspecto importante para muchas familias.
* Las habitaciones tienen cerradura mediante código, pero no disponen de cerrojo o cierre interior adicional, algo que personalmente echamos en falta.
* Aunque el barrio es tranquilo, las aceras son inexistentes en algunos tramos o muy estrechas, por lo que desplazarse andando con niños no siempre resulta cómodo.
* El alojamiento es bastante básico y no ofrece una experiencia de atención o servicios de tipo premium. No incluye desayuno.
* Teniendo en cuenta las características del alojamiento y los servicios ofrecidos, nos pareció que el precio era elevado. Por un importe similar encontramos opciones que ofrecen una experiencia más completa y cómoda.
En resumen, es una opción que puede funcionar si se busca una habitación amplia, limpia y funcional, y no se da demasiada importancia a los servicios propios de un hotel. Sin embargo, para familias que viajan con niños, recomendamos tener muy en cuenta antes de reservar que no hay ascensor, las escaleras son muy empinadas, el baño está fuera de la habitación y el acceso peatonal por el entorno no es especialmente cómodo.

Căn phòng đúng kiểu style Thái mà tôi rất thích: phòng thoáng, rộng, sáng và sạch. Rất thoải mái. Giường sô pha ngủ rất ok. Nhà vệ sinh sạch. Nhân viên tiếp đón khách rất nhiệt tình, hỗ trợ khách đem hành lý lên phòng.
Điểm trừ duy nhất của căn này chính là nằm hơi sâu trong một con hẻm, nên sẽ tốn tầm 10 phút đi bộ mới ra được đường lớn. Buổi tối đi bộ về thì sẽ hơi tối.

We stayed at this accommodation for the second time and really enjoyed it again. We like it because it’s very close to central Bangkok and the BTS station, while still being in a quiet and local area. P’Kiao and his staff are very kind and helpful.
We accidentally booked the wrong room for our second stay, but they handled the situation quickly and kindly and gave us the same room we stayed in during our first visit without any hesitation.
Unfortunately, we didn’t have time to try out the gym because our schedule was pretty packed, but we’ll definitely do that during our next stay.
We will definitely come back and highly recommend this place to our friends and family! :)

Absolutely huge and spacious room, very clean, good internet. free laundry service which is amazing, very helpful and responsive host and maid, 7/11 nearby. The gym is very good but you need to pay. There is a communal kitchen too on the lower floor. It's excellent overall.
The gym isn't free which isn't clear on the listing but the host can get you a deal on the rate. Not near too much so it's a bit of a walk to anything notable. The private bathroom is outside of the room which you get used to but again was not clear in the listing. Also just to note, for anyone arriving for the first time, the entrance to the property is the gym itself!
