The apartment is beautiful. There is a wow factor to the apartment when you walk in.
Elegantly decorated and colour coordinated.
The apartment is clean and tidy. We appreciated the elegant environment.
The sea view is great and wonderful at night. There is a balcony which is great which we used daily.
Sea view is ideally located by the port. near a bus station. You can access the Old Town easily by bus. Taxis to Lapad are reasonably cheap.
If you want to chill late into the night there is the Love bar very close by.
I would book this apartment again.
Booking.com advertised the apartment as having a sofa bed. There is no sofa bed, just a gorgeous sofa. Fortunately the host gave permission for us to sleep on the sofa. This aspect should be updated on the description of the apartment. I travelled with my adult son therefore needed the extra bed.
The bed needs replacing as it is broken. I spoke with the host who stated this will be addressed. I note a previous guess had made reference to this. The bedroom is beautiful with shower cubicle

If you are handicapped the stairs would be difficult. Parking is crazy tight! Smaller car the better.

The view was fantastic, short walk to Gruž Port and to multiple bus stops. Buses 1A,1B,3 ,8 get you to old town quite fast. The apartment was very clean on arrival and the size was perfect for us. Kitchen and bathrooms were modern and equipped well. The booking.com message did not work on arrival day, the host responded to the phone and helped find the apartment and the parking.
Too many cars and mopeds on the single lane streets. To park the car was a challenge, not impossible. The apartment is 62 steps from the parking spot. The toilet room was a bit small. The area between the bed and wardrobe was narrow, both manageable.
