Secluded 130 sq. ft. deck offering peaceful outdoor lounging
Located in a secure, gated community with nighttime security
Lush, tree-lined streets create a peaceful, tropical ambiance
Water purification system, and two water reserve tanks for convenience
Although the beach and town are within walking distance, a golf cart is a fun and efficient way to explore in the tropical heat—we’re happy to assist with rentals!
Whether you`re here to unwind, explore, or invest, this home offers it all. Reach out with any questions or to book your unforgettable stay!
- Quiet hours after 8:00 pm.
- No more than the registered # of guests.
- Only listed guests are allowed to stay overnight, past 10:00 pm.
- Please respect check out time. We have recently had guests overstaying the posted check out time affecting the next reservation. In such cases, we will be charging 60% of the last night`s rate.
- Please note that there is an additional charge of $40 per towel (bath or pool), $25 per hand towel and/or washcloth and $100 per sheet set for lost, damaged and/or stained items.
- In the case of lost keys guests will be charged $25 for replacement.
