The fan in one of the front bedrooms did not work unless the light was on. Unfortunately the occupants were hot at night. Just one small light in the masterbedroom I realize the fan did not work but just one small light was insufficient forOccupants who slept in there. Just oneCup towel. Could have used more. Other than that the weekend was great. Couldn’t get major stations on tv. Directions on how to use tv would have been nice. So we streamed every thing. And grandchildren had to do that. We had no idea how to stream.

Very nice, clean property that was well appointed and very convenient for our purpose.There is a very nice hot tub that we didn’t have an opportunity to enjoy.More importantly, our host was kind and helpful when our guests arrived ahead of us. You will enjoy this property!

Vickie’s place out in Dripping Springs was a great location for myself and our friend group.It had plenty of space to accommodate 3 couples, was clean and easy to find, and provided a great location for us to stay for a wedding in the area that weekend. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a nice and quiet Hill Country weekend.
