About this apartment rental
You are literally Steps 2 Paradise, Crystal Lake. The most beautiful lake around. Quiet area with plenty of nature. Enjoy walks or coffee outside under the trees and blue sky. We are not on the lake but a few steps away with a private concrete boat ramp, pavilion, trees, dock and swim area. Please NOTE: we can accommodate two humans only. If the person traveling with you is older than six months old that is considered the second human since they will most likely need their own sleeping space . Our space cannot hold three humans/people. Any questions please ask.
This Guest Suite is connected to the home with its OWN private entrance and on the opposite side of where the owners stay. No kids or animals so the house stays quiet and relaxing. Roku TV, buffet with utensils, plates, cups, mini fridge, napkins, microwave, table and chairs, sound machine, drip coffee maker, coffee, filters, creamer, card games, books and much more to make you feel at home! Beach chair, cooler and towels are provided
Bring your boat, kayak, golf cart, bike. Plenty of parking if you need to bring a trailer, boat or truck. Home has rocks, grass and 1 step leading into the room. Parking maybe on grass or the driveway. Quiet time is from 10pm-7am- No parties & No animals. No smoking inside room, please go outback. Security cameras around exterior of home.
Rails to Trails is just a bike ride away or you can drive and walk the paved trail. RV resort is 5 minutes away. Gainesville 30 minutes, Keystone Hgts 10 minutes, Starke 10 minutes, Camp Blanding 20 minutes, Jacksonville 1 hour. If you need a taxi please ask us first.

We enjoyed our stay it was quite very clean and in order. Directions , instructions and information of the area where point on and good to have. I would stay again nice little get away next time we will bring swimming suits for the lake access.

Clean, quaint room. Quiet with soft nest like bed. Lots of signs and directions to follow, with a door that needs to be latched for privacy in the bathroom. Overall a good, restful stay.

Everything went well with checking in and out. Place very neat clean and cozy. They had all the basics you need. Aleshia was very nice and helpful and communicated well regarding the property.
