By confirming your reservation, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to the following villa guidelines and additional charges.

⚡ 1. Energy Consumption

Energy consumption is not included in the nightly rental rate.

An additional energy charge of approximately $30–$100 per day is applied, depending on the actual energy consumption during your stay.

The amount will be based on the villa’s recorded energy usage rather than a flat daily fee.

📊 2. Energy Statement & Final Invoice

A detailed energy-consumption statement will be prepared and provided on the morning of check-out.

Your final invoice may include:

* Energy consumption charges
* Chef services
* Additional housekeeping
* Any other services requested during your stay

The final amount due will be clearly itemized on your invoice.

Payment for outstanding energy charges and any additional services is required before check-out.

We accept:

* Zelle
* PayPal
* Venmo

If you prefer to make payment through Airbnb, please notify the host. A payment request can be submitted through VRBO in accordance with the platform’s procedures.

We are happy to arrange additional services to make your stay more comfortable and enjoyable.

Private Chef Service
$25 per person, per day

Groceries, ingredients, and food costs are not included in the chef service fee.

Additional Housekeeping
Housekeeping services beyond what is included with your reservation are available upon request. The fee will be determined based on the type and amount of service requested.

Any additional services requested during your stay will be included on your final invoice.

🕙 5. Check-Out & Villa Walk-Through

Our standard check-out time is 10:00 AM.

If you plan to depart earlier than 10:00 AM, please notify the host in advance so that a walk-through of the villa can be scheduled before your departure.

This allows us to properly complete the check-out process and ensure that everything is in order.
