Excellent stay near Ganga arti place and good service from Reception.Appreciated the staffs for help

The breakfast was amazing. The first day, it was al a carte and second day was buffet. Both days were great.

The pricing was little higher than normal. But it could be because of New year.

Wouldnt recommend this place until housekeeping and rooms are updated and maintained.

Our overall experience was terrible at this hotel right from the start. Let me start off with the pros. 1. Location- it is right on Triveni ghat and Ganga aarti is a 2 minute walk from the hotel. 2. Hotel staff are good and responsive.

doesn't mention on the hotel site that between 5 pm to 8 pm during the Ganga aarti time, no cars will drop you off near the hotel. The taxi driver refused to take us to the hotel in the narrow crowded lanes. We called the hotel and a hotel staff came and argued with the taxi driver. The taxi driver dint budge- then finally after requesting multiple rickshaws, one of them agreed to come in around 700 metres for Rs 150. Filthy is one word to describe this hotel. It was lots of cringes and lots of ewwws. We booked the family suite for almost the same price as what you would pay for a 5 star hotel in Mumbai for Rs. 10000 a night. When they took us to the room, it was a musty, smelly, and unmaintained room- there were cobwebs on the bedsheets and floors were dusty. The whole 1st floor smelt like a smelly toilet. Also, the Ganga view from 1st floor was a joke, there was a brick wall blocking the view and the terrace of the building in front was filled with trash. We requested for a room change and got 2 separate rooms, both of which were dirty and filthy. One room was cleaned the same night and lots of dust was removed from the floors. We requested for the other room to be cleaned next day. Even after cleaning, there are several issues of filth as seen in photos- balcony not clean, dusty chair kept in the balcony, room floors not tiled well, leakage from bath to the toilet floor- which are just not how a hotel should be operated. The staff were helpful and responded immediately but overall the management of the hotel isnt professional enough to maintain a hotel to the standard considering the prices being charged.

Comfortable!!

Rooms were clean. Staff was polite, helpful and cooperative. Any request was attended promptly. Hotel’s proximity to Triveni ghat is it’s USP. Strongly recommended if Triveni ghar is traveller’s only objective.

Rooms were clean and dusted. But bathrooms need attention in context to ventilation and maintenance. Air fragrance in bathrooms will be a big help. Bathroom walls could need some cleaning and scrubbing. Room’s main doors and handles need good scrubbing. They are sticky, in need of dire scrubbing.

Very poor

The location. It's less than a minute walk to triveni ghat. The food is quite good. It's only a good option for it's location.

The rooms are absolutely under maintained. Our room was rat infested. And when we explained it to the staff they were least cooperative. They made a to exchange the room even the hotel was not fully occupied. In all the hotel is not at all clean. The main doors have 2 inch gaps for any creature to enter it.

IN short it was a memorable stay and strongly recommended by us.

The food preparation was excellent. The Italian/Continental restaurant had superb ambience with large glass windows.The Ganges view and breeze was an add on bonus. The food quality and service was excellent. The staff was very curtious. Special thanks to Himanshu ji, Monica ji and Deepak ji who made our stay memorable.

Little extra eye on room cleanliness will make it a real Paradise Hotel. Add on like wheel chair at the entrance and a ramp to climb would be great add on.

Best location hotel. Last building towards Tribeni ghat , Rishikesh. You can also enjoy evening Aarti from your balcony if room is facing towards Ganga.

I had to go for adventure sports on checkout day.my parents were staying in room while I went for sports in the morning.I requested , that if I dont able to return by 12PM, kindly allow my parents to stay in room for 1 hr extra if there no other booking for the room.out of 2 rooms I booked, 1 I left morning itself before going for sports. They refused to entertain even after my repeated request. They made my senior citizen parents to wait in reception for an hour.Extreamly disappointed , bad hospitality.

Except locational advantage and food at the restaurant, we didn't like anything.

High tariff for family suite with only one AC for only master bedroom. Bathroom fittings are all in very bad shape and not working properly Electrical fittings are all in bad shape and conditions. Intercom was not working.

horrible experience, they don’t issue bill against charges and taxes.

Reaching property is through very narrow streets through a busy market. washrooms was having leaked taps/ flooring was damaged. crockery used for B/F was dirty. They charged GST and taxes but didn’t issued any receipt for the amount and forced to pay by cash and UPI. Even asked for advance after getting confirmation from Booking.com.com and from hotel too.

Hopeless stay.

The hotel is close to Triveni Ghat. very close to the Ganga River.

We had chosen Deluxe Rooms, accordingly we prepaid the advance amount. But after reaching there we had to pay the super deluxe tariff. But the so-called super deluxe Room was so bad that we could not sleep properly since A. C. & Fan was making noise. As it is the Hotel is in Noisy Place that is in the market. we found cockroaches in the cupboard. Rooms & furniture are in very bad shape. Its totally disappointing experience.

Never Staying in this Hotel, its not Hell but its not Paradise as well

The only thing good about the property was that it was just at the start of the main city and was next to Triveni Ghat where we could enjoy and attend the Ganga Aarti. The Hotel was self sufficient in terms of a restaurant.

The Property listing is deceptive. few points. 1. The Property is way far from City Centre and has listed false information as it was atleast 6 km+ from Laxman Jhula. All the attractions like Ram Jhula, Neer waterfall, Laxman jhula and Neelkanth Mandir were far away. 2. The rooms were dirty, hotel was short staffed inspite of fully booked. the hotel management knew in advance its sold out but was not ready. 3. Room was very dirty. I could see cobwebs in the furniture. There was termite infestation in Bathroom Door. 4. Basic Facilities like Intercom was not working, Internet was not working and Meals were limited. 5. Room was sold as river view room with balcony, The Balcony was shaped like a coffin 6 ft long and 4 ft broad. the river was just visible. Balcony was dirty 6. in the name of Family suite the second bedroom had no Air Conditioning, Door bell was not working, Power Plugs were limited and few of them were broken., 7. TV and Cable is just there for listing with limited channels. 8. Hotel cannot provide basic facility like tourist cabs and guide about the places to visit . 9. I would term that they made money only because the whole city was sold out.

The bathroom was clean, the room was clean. Water was available, heater too was available.

What's available is very basic for the price they charge. The walls are musty, with water seepage on the walls. It is a room worthy of only a 1000 rupees max

Overall we are happy to stay your property. Aa

A wiper must be in washroom & a big exhaust fan. That's why some time wash room was bad smell. And a room freshener also. In the room must have some plug point for mobile/laptop charges. Other wise the hotel is perfect for peace full holidays.
