We loved this place! Had a boat and was wonderful to walk less than a minute to get in and go see the manatees from the dock - right on the Springs.Did not know until we got there how terrific the yard was for dogs! Large and fully enclosed and secure.The grill on the patio was great and easy to use. We were here for 3 short days, and hope to come back for more.

We had an amazing weekend at what we've named the manatee house! Our morning manatee show was UNREAL! Large cows, momma & baby and frisky teenagers! The house had plenty of room and a great yard and dock! Book this house if you want to be close to manatees!!

We were pleased with the house, we enjoyed being on the water. We saw schools of mullet and a manatee.
