Beautiful location. Staff are very friendly and property nicely located away from busy Sapa. Very much in awe of the location and the overall property. Rooms comfortable and nicely done.
Aircon could be better. We found some local foods not always to our palette. Everything else is great

Habitación muy cómoda y con vistas increíbles.
El único pero es que está un poco apartado de Sapa y tardas 20 minutos. El resto todo increíble.

The view from the Retreat was fantastic.
The staffs, although a good proportion of them don't speak English, were extremely kind, helpful and courteous.
The journey from Hanoi to Sapa, Lao Cai, was a good 5-6 hours due to heavy road works ahead of the coming rainy season.

The view was the best part of the whole stay! Unbelievable! The whole resort felt like a fairy tale, would definetly recomend the "panoramic view cabin".
Unfortunally as the hotel itself was not the best, sheets were stained and not ironed, the staff was willing to change then on the spot. The bed frame is a crime, i cant remember the number of times ive hit my legs againts the wooden frame at the front of the bed ridiculous and unnecesary to the point where i had to proof the corners with pillows, also once you take a shower, be ready to walk on wet bathroom floors for at least 2 days bc it doesnt dry or drain completely
