The staff were very accommodating, friendly,resourceful and honest. Mr Anthony at the property has gone above and beyond to give us the best service we could have. Arranging everything, from services transfers and tours, and even when we are out of the property already when we faced some kind of problem with the transportation which we took by our own, he was still kind enough and not hesitate to helping us arranged a VIP car to Hanoi. Really exceptional service. Thank you Anthony.

The staff were so helpful and friendly. They really looked after us. Today we asked if they could find us a driver and one was there less than 5 mins later. Exceptional service and great coffee!
The breakfast times were a little short for us (7-9am) and the pool could do with a bit of upkeep but that didn’t stop my daughter having a lovely swim.

Location was great and staff were awesome, set up our day outs from front desk with no issues and were friendly
There is a lot of construction going on starting about 6am, was pretty loud but can’t blame hotel for that. The breakfast was ok but the rooms should have been cleaner, our mattress smelled like old water and our other room didn’t look like it had been used much, there was what appeared to be a bit of blood on the sheets and bugs in the sheets as well. I don’t moan much and to be honest the price is cheap so you do get what you are paying for
