The service, the room, the location and kitchen staff actually all staff are amazing. We feel at home to the point we got loud in the dining area. Lol
The air-conditioning, since we are out all day when we get back its hot and took a long time to chill. In our 2nd night I complained and they make sure our last night is cold enough and yes we are so happy.

any picture I saw on internet is not fair enough to describe this hotel, which is simply wonderful. I booked a family room, huge, 2 double beds, very confortable, all the decoration of the room was beautiful and the room is very big. the hotel staff is super nice and always available to help. they went to the bank for us, they went to the ticket office to buy tickets for Fansipan for us, they did not charge anything for that. Breakfast is very good, and you can also order on request different food. The hotel is not in the town centre, you need a taxi and it takes a few minutes, but this is a very big plus as it is in a very quiet place, with the view of all the valley just in front
