We had a great experience staying at Pistachio Hotel Sapa. The hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a relaxing atmosphere and excellent views.
The staff were friendly, accommodating, and attentive throughout our stay. We truly appreciated the quality of service and the overall hospitality.
Nothing. All the best 🤗

The rooms are not sound proof at all, I could hear every elevator ding and every person passing by and doors shutting but we were right by the elevator so that didnt help

Beautiful decor, felt like a destination. Nothing dull. My room felt like a little haven after my long journey from London. Sadly I never saw the Mountain View as it was misty the entire stay. Staff were lovely. I enjoyed breakfast and ordered room service to my room.

Breakfast wasn’t fantastic but ok.
Had a good view of the mountain.
The flushing system was bad. If we are not supposed to throw toilet paper into the toilet bowl, the hotel should have alerted us.
