Eden Boutique Hotel was one of the best I have stayed at.
The room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfy, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. They are well organized with answering our queries.
Breakfast was delicious. The reception rest room has a shower facility, so if you arrive in Sapa in the morning and need to head out for a tour before being able to check-in, you can even wash up before heading out. Very well thought about facilities provided for guests.

It was clean. The female staff by the name of Autumn was very friendly and caring. Always served us with a smile. Offered advice on tours and advised us how to dress when we took a tour to Fansipan Mountain. This is caring and service with a smile.
We stay here for 6 nights. The first morning for breakfast the staff member by the name Jenny shouted at us because we do not eat pork or beef. We asked if they cater for chicken in our dietary requirements. Jenny shouted at us. Very arrogant especially in front of other guests. This lady needs more training how to interact with guests. Gives the Hotel a bad name.

The staff are absolutely amazing. Autumn and Jenny are such an incredible asset to this beautiful hotel. They both go to so much effort to greet everyone and help organise anything you ask for.
They organised a half day motorcycle tour for us through the villages that is a must do.
The location of the hotel is perfect, within walking distance to all the main attractions.
Rooms are lovely and clean and nicely decorated.
Breakfast which we have included was delicious. Beautiful fresh fruit every day, cereal, hot dishes, toast, cooked to order eggs and other dishes. Tea, coffee and juices. We would highly recommend this hotel, there is a lot of hotels in Sapa and it took me ages to finally choose one, I’m so glad we picked Eden Boutique Hotel and Spa
