Zunächst einmal ein kleiner Hinweis zum Hotel: Man gelangt über eine steile Rampe dorthin. Dann muss man rechts durch einen kleinen steinernen Torbogen gehen, weiter geradeaus, und auf der linken Seite ist dann die Rezeption. Von dort aus gelangt man über einige Treppen zu den verschiedenen Zimmern, die auf mehrere Etagen verteilt sind.
Die Zimmer selbst sind super, Dusche top, Matratzen und Betten sehr bequem, alles tipptopp in Ordnung , modern und einwandfrei sauber. Dazu eine hervorragende Aussicht auf die Berglandschaft.
Das Frühstück war ebenfalls völlig unkompliziert und gut.
Ganz besonders hervorheben möchte ich die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft des Personals. Thảo und der Mann (vermutlich die Inhaber) waren einfach unglaublich nett und herzlich. Sie haben uns beim Buchen von Tagestouren geholfen, bei allen Fragen rund um das Muong-Hoa-Tal und Sapa weitergeholfen, völlig unkompliziert. Genau diese persönliche, warme Betreuung hat unseren Aufenthalt wirklich, wirklich angenehm gemacht.
Insgesamt eine wunderbare Empfehlung für alle, die in Sapa übernachten möchten.

I had an incredible room with a huge bay window and beautiful view of Sapa and the Mountains
The bread at breakfast was pretty bad....maybe a real Viet banh mi baguette would have been better

The location is great! The rooms are spacious and clean. The breakfast selection is poor and this place is also a cafeteria but does not provide any coffee for the guests at breakfast without charge. It was also very cold at the breafast and lobby and they did not light the fireplace and we were freezing by esting and when sitting at the lobby
