Recently refurbished and reopened, very convenient location to walk around Sapa. The hotel staff especially Chau were friendly and went above and beyond with their service. We enjoyed the rooftop bar and restaurant for our first meal in Sapa.

Great experience, staff were very welcoming and helpful. Leon, Lisa and Ms Chau went the extra mile to ensure we had a great stay. Thank you.

The hotel is in a great location, the staff were amazing and so friendly. Breakfast was good and lots of choices. The room was fantastic, we had an executive suite with window looking at the mountain. Had drinks at the skybar and they were nice. Special mention to Ms Chau who offered great advise and arranged our trip back to train. She made our stay memorable. We will definitely stay here again when next in Sa Pa.
We had no issues at all.
