The staff are so warm, they'll feel like old friends by day two. Plus, breakfast up on the top floor with that valley backdrop is something you've gotta experience yourself.

Really amazing view! It is exactly as you see in the pictures. It is also so spacious! It is such a good deal, plus the customer service is great. They are very accommodating and helpful to us. Also the location is convenient.
Another surprise is from the room 608, you can actually see Fansipan if you zoom in and if the sky is clear! (See photo)
The only thing that was a bit lacking to me is the lights in the room, because it is a bit hard to fix my things around at night, but its not a big problem.
