For our first visit to Sapa, we are so happy we stayed at the Bamboo Hotel! It is conveniently located for both trekking and the amenities of Sapa. The rooms were clean, the food was great and the onsite spa was a delight. By far, the best part though was the staff. They were all so wonderful but in particular, Julie at the front desk went above and beyond for us every chance she had. She even went as far as hand delivering a birthday cake (with a song!). We would love to come back to the and stay!

Beautiful hotel. Close to city centre. Easily able to walk to most places. Clean tidy rooms. They did lose our laundry but found it eventually

I stayed at the Suite room of this hotel.The room was too big for 2 persons to stay but it was good.The view of Sapa, hills and mountains, was splendid.(I frankly can advise that there might be lots of hotels with such a view).Breakfast was really good.After trekking in the day of check-out, I could use the room for shower with 3 USD.Staffs were really kind, even though some of them can not speak English.
