Very well located, nice breakfast with beautiful views on the valley. Great staff overall, we also arrived very early and they gave us the room right away with no extra charges.
We had maybe too much expectation for that hotel as we had seen it on social media and it looked WOW. We booked a room that was supposed to have a great balcony with a view in the valley. While the room was looking like the picture (or similar), since we were on the 3rd floor, the view was quite blocked by the surrounding building. The rooms are also old and could benefit a revamping.

Conveniently located
Was put in the most far side of the hotel. The hotel is round, so did not get the valley views as displayed on room pics. I based the booking of the actual room on the pictures provided on booking.com.
I only got a partial view of the valley.

The location of the Hotel and its view were superb.
Rooms were spacious and comfy.
Staff were friendly and accomodating.
Hotel is very tired. Bathrooms need an upgrade and shower over bath left large puddles on the floor.
Our room was directly below the dining room and in the morning we could hear very clearly noises from the dining room from very early when the staff started setting up and as soon as breakfast started, chairs moving on floors etc.
The inside pool is a little weird, dark and dingy and also tired. Roof above it was very rusty.
The afternoon we went to the bar for a drink we had to get the attention of the staff for a drink, we were not asked.
The day we went to breakfast there must have been a lot of people through, possibly tour groups, and the buffet was quite depleted and there were no clean tables left inside to sit at.
