The location was great and the room was clean.
Very noisy! Forget that it says the rooms are soundproofed. You can literally hear everything anyone else is doing. So so noisy at night and really noisy from 7am onwards. If you fancy a lie in you’ve got no chance!

We had a great stay at this hotel in Sapa! The location was perfect, right in the city center, directly across from the Stone Church, and only about a 5-minute walk from Sun Plaza. It was very convenient for exploring the city.
The hotel was clean, and the bed was huge and comfortable. They also served breakfast, which was a nice bonus, especially since they had pho! Nothing beats starting your morning with a warm bowl of Vietnamese pho before exploring Sapa.
What we appreciated most was how considerate the staff were. Our checkout was at 12 PM, but our sleeper bus pickup wasn't until 9 PM. They kindly allowed us to leave our luggage at the hotel while we waited, at no additional cost. This thoughtful gesture made our last day in Sapa so much easier!
Overall, we had a comfortable and pleasant stay. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Sapa, especially for its excellent location, cleanliness, and accommodating staff!
A few things could be improved during our stay. Since the hotel is located right in the city center, there was an event at the plaza just below our room, so it could get quite loud. It felt like we had front-row seats to the show! 😂 However, it didn't bother us much since we were out exploring during the day, and in the evening, it was actually nice to have a little entertainment. The event also ended around 10 PM.
Some of the amenities could use an update. The pillowcases and showerhead looked a little old, the bidet in our room was missing its handle, and some of the utensils looked worn and rusty.
Overall, these are minor areas for improvement that could make the stay even better.

It was initially hard to find. But once inside it was a very comfortable place to stay. Great shopping on the ground floor. Very central to everything

The location
The breakfast was poor, there was no hot water for the shower, and the room smelled of humidity throughout the hotel

"The room was really good (big and clean) for that price. The location was perfect for family with young kids."
