The hotel is well placed at the town end of the lake. Up a very steep hill, but Grab bikers gave us a ride up to save our legs. The staff were more than helpful, and because of the rain, they arranged trips for us that were suited to the weather and our physical abilities.
Mainly the steep road into town. Going down is OK but coming up in not for the faint-hearted.

Super vriendelijk personeel. We werden ontvangen met lekkere koffie. Ze gaven veel tips. We hebben onze tickets voor Fansipan en glass bridge via hen geboekt. Was heel handig. Ook scooters geboekt. Ontbijt was redelijk uitgebreid. De pho (soep) was heel lekker. Grote kamers. Goede locatie. Ze hebben ons weggevoerd naar pick up point nachtbus.
Water van zwembad was redelijk koud. Ik had begrepen dat ze in de toekomst investeringen gaan doen om het te verwarmen.

Large clean room with view over the lake. Central location close to city center.
Steep walk down into town, breakfast very average, hot food precooked and out in bamaries but food cold. Not much choice we ended up going into town for breakfast.

Staff were nice and really heloful with everything but thats where it ends.
Insects and bugs in the bathroom upon arrival.
Bathroom really stinks not clean.
Only one roll of toilet paper everyday between 4 people.
Terrible cold breadfast, cold coffee.
Not enough insulation and we can hear the neighbours all night.
All doors have some stupid alarms that go off in the middle of night waking up eveyone, WTF..big times.
