Simple hotel but very large room, well equiped and clean. Breakfast ok.
The bathroom need improving, the lavatory discharged the water on the floor which results in wet feet all the time.

Tanie i dobre wycieczki z hotelu.
Jeden z tańszych busów do innych regionów Wietnamu.
Obsługa miła ale nie nachalna. Dobra lokalizacja. Śniadanie było ok.
Według rezerwacji powinniśmy otrzymać pokój na wyższym piętrze, a dostaliśmy na pierwszym.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel! The room was clean, comfortable, and very pleasant. The staff were absolutely wonderful so kind, helpful, and welcoming throughout our entire stay.
We also booked a Ha Long Bay cruise through the hotel, and they offered us the best price we found (including a nice discount!). In addition, they arranged our transfer from the city to Tam Coc, and everything was perfectly organized with smooth pickup and drop-off directly from the hotel.
Overall, it was a perfect experience, and we highly recommend staying here!
